Two people were transported to the hospital following a stabbing incident in Fond du Lac Tuesday morning. Police were called to the scene on Merrill Avenue near Chegwin Elementary School. According to scanner reports the victim was stabbed in the stomach and the suspect had dropped the knife. One person was flown by helicopter to Theda Care Regional Medical Center in Neenah. A second person was transported to St. Agnes Hospital in Fond du Lac. Police are continuing their investigation.
