Nearly a million people are expected to pass through the gates as the 2023 Wisconsin State Fair gets underway this week. Fond du Lac County Dairy and Livestock extension agent, Tina Kohlman, says she thinks Fond du Lac County entries will do well at this year’s Fair There will also be hundreds of food items available, including more than 100 new food and beverage options. As always, fairgoers will have the chance to taste old favorites like the cream puffs and chocolate covered bacon. The Fair runs August 3rd through August 13th.
