The American Red Cross will once again shine a light on heroes in northeast Wisconsin at the 2023 Northeast Wisconsin Heroes Classic set for August 28 at Thornberry Creek in Oneida. This special event will include a mix of in-person golf and online engagement opportunities that benefits the mission of the Red Cross in Wisconsin. The highlight of the event is the recognition and inspiring stories of a variety of local heroes. “These individuals re such a positive reminder of the good in our communities and it’s our privilege to be able to honor them,” said Rebecca Rockhill, Executive Director, Northeast Wisconsin Chapter of the American Red Cross. “It’s great to be able to recognize these local heroes in a fun way with golf and a silent auction, while also keeping with the spirit of generosity that backs the mission of the Red Cross.”
