The Foo Fighters new drummer, Josh Freese, has been showcased during their recent run of live shows with a medley of his drumming credits, which include his contribution to none other than Michael Bublé’s hit song, “Haven’t Met You Yet.”  The song was released as part of Bublé’s album, Crazy Love, and peaked at No. 1 on Billboard’s Adult Contemporary chart for three weeks.

The Foos have since made it a habit to bring up an audience member to perform Bublé’s vocals as they cover his 2010 hit song; but at a recent stop at the Outside Lands festival in San Francisco, Bublé himself jumped onstage to help perform the song. Video footage from the festival shows Bublé in the audience, acting as a superfan with an ‘I Love Bublé’ sign. Foo Fighters Dave Grohl says “Hold on we’ve got a super fan,” acknowledging Bublé’s fake sign. “Alright, super fan come on down. This m******ker better know the song.” Bublé then makes his way through the crowd and joined the band on stage for his performance.

Grohl shared afterwards: “So this bad-a** m****ker, and I’m not even kidding, flew in today from Argentina just to f***ing sing that song to you guys. There’s no such thing as taking a joke too far.”
