Monday evening a ribbon-cutting was held for an expansion project at Central Wisconsin Christian School in Waupun. Nearly 500 people attended the convocation and diamond legacy ceremony, including current school families, alumni, project coordinators, faculty, staff, and community members. Head of School and CWC class of 1978 Mark Buteyn lead the festivities. Ben Westra, President of WDS Construction and class of 1995 also was part of the presentation. The largest expansion in school history will add nearly 15,000 square feet at the high school and 15,000 square feet of elementary classroom space. Future phases include new music classrooms and fine arts performance spaces, and an athletic complex.
