The Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office is notifying residents that a violent child sex offender is being released from custody. Donald Anderson Jr. will be living at 1830 Hickory Street in Fond du Lac when he is released from the Sand Ridge Secure Treatment facility on or before September 5th. Two years ago Anderson lived at a home in the town of Eldorado and was sent back to Sand Ridge when he violated terms of his supervised release. Anderson spent time in prison for sexually assaulting a 10 year old girl in Fond du Lac who was known to him, and was convicted in 1977 in Illinois of sexually assaulting two 16 year old boys.
