National Exchange Bank & Trust (NEBAT) has announced the newly constructed drive-up featuring eBankers (also known as Interactive Teller Machines, ITMs) will open to the public for a soft launch on Monday, September 11. The existing drive-thru facility will close permanently at the end of business on Friday, September 15. To celebrate the change and encourage customers to complete a transaction using the new eBankers, National Exchange Bank will have a theme for each day of the week for the first two weeks the ITMs are open (September 11 – 23) with staff outside to greet customers and give them a full-size candy bar (while supplies last) for trying the new eBankers.
Mondays are a “Grand Day to Try the New eBankers,” featuring 100 Grand candy bars.
Tuesdays are “Time for a Quick Break to Use the New eBankers,” featuring Take Five candy bars.
Wednesdays are “Try That New Whatchmacallit at NEBAT Day,” featuring Whatchmacallit candy bars.
Thursdays are “No More DumDums in our Drive-Thru, Only Smarties,” featuring full-size Smarties.
Fridays are “Come See What a Treat It Is to Use Our New eBankers,” featuring a variety of full-size candy bars.
National Exchange Bank & Trust’s Marketing Officer, Karri Oelke, had this to say about the opening, “This is a historic event for NEBAT, and we are really proud of our investment in improving our Downtown Fond du Lac location, offering our customers new ways to bank and continuing to provide the excellent service we have been known for since 1933. Our vBanker team is staffed right here in Fond du lac, and actually in very close proximity to the new drive-up at another operational facility NEBAT has downtown.”
