For a second consecutive year the Fond du Lac County Rolling Meadows Golf Course will make a profit. Fond du Lac County executive Sam Kaufman says after losing money for several years the county-owned course is on pace to make even more money than it did last year. Kaufman says as of mid-August the course was in the black by close to $100,000. The county has been exploring options designed to improve the long-term financial outlook at the golf course including renovating the clubhouse to make it a year round venue.
