Bail has been set at $250,000 cash for a man accused of sexually assaulting a three year old girl in Mayville. Twenty three year old Charles Rash is charged with First Degree Sexual Assault of a Child, Sexual Exploitation of a child, and Possession of Child Pornography. Acting on a cyber tip Mayville Police officers executive a search warrant at Rash’s residence, and found videos of Rash performing sexual acts with a child. Police say child pornography images were also found on Rash’s phone. Police are continuing their investigation and asking anyone with information to contact the Mayville Police Department.
