MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Wisconsin Democratic Gov. The Green Bay Packers have reportedly agreed to trade cornerback Rasul Douglas to the Buffalo Bills, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.   CBS Sports reported Douglas and a fifth-round pick were traded to Buffalo in exchange for a third-round selection.  Douglas, 29, has an interception and 32 tackles in seven games, all starts this season. The Dodge County Sheriff's Office has identified the victims of  last week's fatal head on collision near the Dodge-Fond du Lac County line that claimed two lives.   The crash happened early Wednesday morning on Highway 151 near Highway 49, when a wrong-way box truck collided head on with a car, killing the driver and a passenger in the car.   The car driver was identified as  25 year old Danis L.
