(November 6, 2023) – Envision Greater Fond du Lac hosted a ribbon cutting with member organization, LakeHouse Fond du Lac (formerly Lake View Place), to celebrate their recent name change and new management company. LakeHouse Fond du Lac is an assisted living community that offers compassionate care in a beautiful setting.
