Two people were seriously injured in separate alcohol-related crashes in Dodge County over the weekend. A 25 year old Waupun man received life-threatening injuries when his pickup rolled over early Sunday morning. The crash happened near the intersection of County Highways A and S near Juneau. Investigators say he was not wearing a seatbelt. Shortly after 11:00 pm Saturday a 31 year old Watertown man was seriously injured when his pickup crashed into a tree on Walton Road northwest of Watertown. Alcohol and lack of seatbelt use are factors in the crash. A deputy was uninjured when their squad collided with a deer while responding to the crash. A 29 year old rural Watertown woman drove to the scene during the investigation and was also suspected of being impaired by alcohol. She was also arrested for OWI.
