MADISON — Gov. Tony Evers and the Evers Administration today invited Wisconsinites to join the annual State Capitol Holiday Tree Lighting Celebration on Fri., Dec. 1, 2023, at 12 p.m. in the Rotunda of the Wisconsin State Capitol. This year, the celebration will be hosted by Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority (WHEDA) Executive Director Elmer Moore Jr., and the governor and members of the Evers Administration will be joined by musical guests as well as Wisconsin students and families to celebrate the holiday season and this year’s holiday tree theme of “175 Years of Wisconsinites.”
