Fond du Lac, Wis. (December 5, 2023) – Envision Greater Fond du Lac hosted a ribbon cutting at member organization, Red Cabin at Green Acres, to commemorate the new ownership. Red Cabin at Green Acres is a family-owned American restaurant serving butcher-fresh burgers, draft brews, and classic supper club fare. After more than a decade of ownership by Dave Schuh, the restaurant recently changed hands and is now owned and operated by Hailey Rohlfs and Sara Michaelson. Together, the new owners want to carry on the traditions Red Cabin at Green Acres is known for, as well as introduce new ideas, specials, and desserts.
