A Sun Prairie man is in custody following a high speed chase in Dodge County. The chase Wednesday night on Highway 151 reached speeds over 120 miles an hour. The chase ended when the suspect vehicle exited onto the off ramp to State Highway 73 and failed to negotiate a turn, crossed over the median divider, entered the ditch and came to a rest on a steep embankment after striking some trees and brush. The driver, 55 year old Jon Fedkenheuer from Sun Prairie was arrested and faces multiple charges including felony fleeing an officer, OWI and Bail Jumping. This is the 21 st pursuit that has occurred in Dodge County in 2023.
