* WHAT...For the Winter Storm Warning, heavy snow and blowing snow expected. Winds gusting as high 40 mph. For the Blizzard Warning, blizzard conditions expected. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph. Total storm snow accumulation of 10 to 15 inches expected.
* WHERE…Calumet, Manitowoc, Winnebago, Brown, Door, Kewaunee, and Outagamie Counties.
* WHEN…For the Winter Storm Warning, from 6 AM this morning to 3 PM CST this afternoon. For the Blizzard Warning, from 3 PM this afternoon to noon CST Saturday.
* IMPACTS…Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and blowing snow. Whiteout conditions are expected and will make travel treacherous and potentially life-threatening. Travel could be very difficult. Widespread blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday morning and evening commutes.
