1-16-24 rosendale brandon school district seeking proposals for sale of primary school property

The Rosendale Brandon School District is seeking proposals for the sale and proposed use of the Rosendale Primary School property.   Superintendent Wayne Weber says after voters approved a $36 million building referendum last year, the Rosendale Primary School property will be vacated in the fall of 2025.   The Rosendale Intermediate site will serve grades 4k through 5 and the current Laconia High School will serve grades six through 12.   A new high school wing with classrooms and commons will be added and the existing classrooms will be renovated to serve middle school students.  The career, tech ed, and agriculture spaces will be renovated with a new greenhouse.  When all of the work is completed the District will consolidate from four campuses to two, resulting in the closing of the Rosendale Primary and Brandon Elementary School properties.
