Fond du Lac County has a new Clerk of Courts. Fond du Lac County Circuit judges have appointed Deputy Clerk of Courts Michelle “Shelly” Weber to the post. Weber replaces Ramona Geib who retired December 22, 2023. Weber has selected Cassandra Bonack as the Deputy Clerk of Courts. Weber has 23 years of experience in the Clerk of Courts office serving the past eleven years as the Deputy Clerk of Courts. Prior to that she served as the Jury Clerk. Weber will fill out the remainder the four year term which will expire in January 2027. Weber enjoys traveling, hiking, water activities, and spending time with her husband, Mike, and their dog, Lexi. Weber is a lifelong resident of Fond du Lac. “I am honored to accept this appointment and look forward to assuming my new role as the Clerk of Courts,” Weber said.
