A Fond du Lac woman arrested in connection with the death of a West Bend woman has made her initial court appearance on drug charges. Bail was set at $2500 cash for 20 year old Annaka Trudell on charges of party to the crime of possession of THC. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for March first. Fond du Lac police chief Aaron Goldstein says reckless homicide charges have also been referred to the Disrict Attorney against Trudell in the death of 33 year old Ashley Ann Calo of West Bend. Calo was found slumped over the steering wheel after her car crashed near Attitude Sports in Fond du Lac February 13th and she was later pronounced dead at Fond du Lac’s St. Agnes Hospital. Goldstein says officers noticed blood on her body and injuries that were not consistent with injuries that would have been caused by the crash. Meanwhile, bail has been set at $5,000 cash for 21 year old Dawson Miller of Fond du Lac. Miller faces multiple charges including bail jumping, obstructing an officer and possession of illegal drugs.
