The state Department of Corrections is investigating another inmate death at Waupun Correctional Institution. Sources tell WFDL news the inmate was found dead in his cell in the segregation unit at the prison on Thursday. The cause of death has not been determined. This is the fourth prisoner death at Waupun Correctional since a lockdown began on March 29. The state Department of Corrections announced last month that movement at the prison continues to increase with more staff hires. In-person visitation and leisure time activities are still suspended at the Waupun prison.
