City Manager Joe Moore received exceptional reviews when Fond du Lac City Council conducted his performance assessment recently. The council evaluated Moore across 15 different elements of personal and organizational performance, as well as leadership, on a scale from one— being poor — to five — being outstanding. The City Council noted Moore’s strengths in dependability, fiscal management, community relations, professional attitude and professional conduct. As in past years, Moore received a superb rating, with a 4.52 this year In addition to the numerical ratings, Councilors also shared positive comments about his leadership, one saying that, “Joe’s leadership is outstanding, backed by a career of excellence. He’s built a top notch team to run the city smoothly.” Moore credits the employees of the City of Fond du Lac for their commitment to excellence and
service to the community.
