3-28-24 fdl county stabbing suspect makes initial court appearance

A suspect in the stabbing of a woman at a Fond du Lac County home last Friday has made his initial court appearance.  Fermin Lopez-Mendoza is charged with Attempted First Degree Intentional Homicide, Mayhem, First Degree Reckless Injury, and Aggravated Battery.   All charges contain domestic violence and dangerous weapon enhancers.  Bail was set at $2 million cash.  District Attorney Erik Toney argued for the high bail telling the court that Lopez-Mendoza was in the […]

Recently, Fond du Lac County District Attorney Eric Toney issued his decision regarding the death of Kyle P.J. Massie, which occurred on October 14, 2023, in the City of Fond du Lac, Wis.
