Five area school districts have contested school board races in Tuesday’s spring election. There are contested school board races in Lomira, New Holstein, Ripon, Rosendale-Brandon and Waupun. There are two contested races for Waupun School Board. Former Waupun School Board member Stephen Chene is running against Karen Gibbs for an at-large seat on the board. Incumbent Jodi Schultz faces a challenge from Rebecca Droessler Mersch for the seat representing the towns of Fox Lake, and Trenton and city of Fox Lake.
