4-11-24 fdl county executive, district attorney and sheriff endorse republican state senator feyen reelection bid

Fond du Lac- State Senator Dan Feyen is announcing the endorsements of both Congressmen that represent the 20th Senate District, 5th District Congressman Scott Fitzgerald and 6th District Congressman Glenn Grothman. In addition, he has secured endorsements from all three Assembly Representatives who represent the 20th Senate District, 58th District Rep. Rick Gundrum, 59th District Rep. Rob Brooks and 60th District Rep. Jerry O’Connor.   Senator Feyen is also announcing the endorsements from four prominent County Sheriffs of the 20th State Senate District. Sheriff Dale Schmidt of Dodge County, Sheriff Ryan Waldschmidt of Fond du Lac County, Sheriff Christy Knowles of Ozaukee County and Sheriff Martin Schulteis of Washington County. Fond du Lac County District Attorney Eric Toney and Fond du Lac County Executive Sam Kaufman have also endorsed the campaign.   “First and foremost, I stand with our law enforcement and public safety officers. I support their efforts and will continue to work with them to make our communities safer. I am proud to receive their endorsements and those of Congressman Fitzgerald, Congressman Grothman, District Attorney Eric Toney and County Executive Sam Kaufman,” said State Senator Dan Feyen.  Other prominent endorsements include; West Bend Mayor Joel Ongert, Former West Bend Mayor Kraig Sadownikow, Town of Auburn Chairman and County Board Supervisor Ken Depperman, Campbellsport Village President and County Board Supervisor Tom Dornbrook, and Town of West Bend Chairman Troy Zagel.
