A federal court has dismissed a discrimination lawsuit filed by a former Fond du Lac School District principal. The former principal at Fond du lac High School and Roberts Elementary School, Michelle Hagen filed a gender and age discrimination lawsuit against the District in 2021 Hagen filed the lawsuit in the Wisconsin Eastern District Federal Court alleging that the school district discriminated against her because of her gender and deprived her of employment opportunities. The lawsuit was dismissed earlier this month. Hagen retired as Roberts Elementary School principal in March 2019.
