A former Kewaskum School Resource Officer charged with sexual misconduct by a school staff member in Washington County faces charges of Beastiality in Fond du Lac County. Steven Rosales is expected to make his initial Fond du Lac Court appearance Wednesday on three counts of Beastiality. He is accused of having sexual contact with a pet female Golden Retriever dog. Meanwhile, bail was set at $40,000 cash for the Campbellsport man following his initial court appearance in Washington County where he is accused of sexting with a student. According to a criminal complaint more than 9,000 text messages were sent between Rosales and the girl between January and April. Some of the messages were sexual in nature and police say they sent each other nude photographs of each other, according to the complaint. Rosales was fired from the Kewaskum Police Department.
