Bail has been set at $100,000 for a former Kewaskum School Resource Officer charged with beastiality in Fond du Lac County. Steven Rosales of Campbellsport made his initial Fond du Lac Court appearance Wednesday on three counts of beastiality. He is accused of having sexual contact with a pet female Golden Retriever dog. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for May 31. Rosales is also charged in Washington County with sexual misconduct by a school staff member. Bail was set at $40,000 cash in that case where he is accused of sexting with a female student. According to a criminal complaint more than 9,000 text messages were sent between Rosales and the girl between January and April. Some of the messages were sexual in nature and police say they sent each other nude photographs of each other, according to the complaint. Rosales was fired from the Kewaskum Police Department.
