The Fond du Lac County Parks Department wants to get children interested in the county parks system. The Department has launched a “Junior Park Ranger” program intended to get kids visiting and enjoying the county parks system. County director of Land Information Terry Dietzel says this program is beginning now and will continue on through the end of summer, wrapping up on September 8. Each child must complete their own activity to earn points, and in turn prizes.
