The Charter Spectrum Call Center in Fond du Lac is closing resulting in the layoff off more than 120employees. Envision Greater Fond du Lac president Sadie Howell says the layoffs at the office on Knight’s Way will take place in the third quarter of this year. According to Charter the layoffs will begin August 27th. Howell says some of the affected workers may be offered jobs at other Spectrum call centers.
