Louis Andrew Jr., the founder, established Guaranty Title Services Inc. Attorney Andrew practiced law in Fond du Lac for numerous years before retiring. At that time abstracts were used predominantly, so Attorney Andrew introduced title insurance to the community to protect homebuyers and sellers against hidden title risks. This strong leadership and people-first dedication laid the foundation for our success. Guaranty attributes its success to the dedication and expertise of its remarkable team members. Anniversary Celebrations Across Offices To commemorate this milestone, Guaranty has been hosting open house anniversary parties at
each of their 9 offices. The wrap up of these celebrations will be the anniversary party scheduled for October in Fond du Lac.
