Khristin Williams-Casper, an SSM Health Laboratories Blood Bank clinical lab scientist, has been named the newest recipient of the BEE (Be Exceptional Everyday) Award.
Williams-Casper was nominated by a colleague who wrote:
“Khristin is always willing to help out her co-workers, even without being asked. She is quick to pick up open shifts and willing to trade shifts to help out. She is constantly on the move making sure her department is clean and stocked up, and therefore deserves to be recognized for the BEE Award for being a fantastic co-worker.”
The BEE Award is specifically designed to recognize non-nursing staff members who demonstrate great teamwork and communication skills, collaboration, professionalism, exemplary service, and a commitment to excellence.
