With just a couple weeks left in the regular season and the Milwaukee Brewers cruising toward a division title, postseason tickets go on sale this Friday. Brewers president of business operations Rick Schlesinger tells WFDL news tickets go on sale starting at 10am Friday. A Drive-Thru Rally will be held from 6am to 9am at American Family Field. Fans will receive a free Brewers car flag and brat…and see some familiar faces through the drive-thru line. Brewers hall of famer Robin Yount and manager Pat Murphy, and Packers’ hall of famer Donald Driver, Milwaukee Bucks and NBA all-star Sydney Moncrief, and other Wisconsin sports stars will be on hand. Schlesinger says it’s been an exciting season and he’s looking forward to the playoffs. Schlesinger says the Brewers have battled adversity all season to become one of the top teams in all of baseball. Schlesinger says alot of the credit goes to manager Pat Murphy. “We have had a lot of talented players who are young and unproven but they have the talent, they have the mental make-up, and Pat has really put them in a position where they can succeed, and he’s limited areas where they can fail,” Schlesinger told WFDL news. “Young players, when things are going well it’s great, when things go poorly there’s some doubt and concern, and he’s (Murphy) put them in a position for them to succeed.”
