An Oakfield man was seriously injured in a fiery one vehicle rollover crash in Fond du Lac County. The crash happened at about 1am Thursday on County Highway I near Marsh Road. A preliminary investigation shows a car was south on I when it failed to negotiate a curve and struck a power pole and rolled over in a corn field. HULETT, Wyo. The local unemployment rate was down last month after a temporary spike the month before  in Fond du Lac County.  The August unemployment rate in Fond du Lac County was 2.9 percent, down from 4.7 percent in July.  The city of Fond du Lac's jobless rate fell from 6.9 to 3.8 percent in August.  The jump in July was attributed to temporary layoffs at Mercury Marine and layoffs at Spectrum Charter Communications.  The […]
