Later on Sunday a 52 year old man was arrested without incident as he was leaving his residence  in the 200 block of North Lincoln Avenue.  Charges of 1st Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety, Reckless Injury, Battery, and Disorderly Conduct, and two misdemeanor bail jumping counts have been referred to the District Attorneys Office.  Police Chief Aaron Goldstein says a search of the man’s vehicle located evidence of the shooting.
