Fond du Lac Holy Family Catholic Community will celebrate its 2,000th free takeout Thanksgiving meal this year. Holy Family’s Sarah Razner says the program is in its fifth year distributing Thanksgiving meals on the day before Thanksgiving. Razner says the meal features sliced turkey with gravy, mashed potatoes, green beans, a bun applesauce and homemade dessert. To register for a meal call the Holy Family Parish office by noon this Friday. Meals are available on a first-come, first-served basis, capped at 400.
