An Eden man arrested this week following a high speed chase in Fond du Lac and Winnebago counties was on parole for armed robbery. Sheriff’s captain Chris Randall says the chase started Monday morning in the village of North Fond du Lac when sheriff’s deputies attempted to stop a vehicle operated by a man wanted on a felony warrant. The pursuit continued north at speeds up to 100 miles an hour, and then ended shortly after the vehicle ran over tire deflation devices on Highway 45.
