A Fond du Lac railroad crossing will be closed for a week for repairs. Fond du Lac Public Works says the railroad crossing at South Hickory Street, south of Rolling Meadows Drive will be closed beginning Monday and will re-open end of day Monday, December 2. The railroad crossing will be closed to allow Canadian National to make an emergency repair at the railroad crossing and approaches. A signed detour will be placed. The detour will follow Hickory Street south to CTH VVV (Rolling Meadows Drive) northwest to CTH D (Military Road) southwest to USH 151 east back to Hickory Street.
