A Milwaukee man facing 10 felony warrants was arrested following a high speed chase in Fond du Lac. The suspect vehicle had earlier been involved in multiple chases in Dane County when a sheriff’s deputy spotted the vehicle late Friday afternoon on Johnson Street near Interstate 41. The vehicle turned onto a dead end street in Fond du Lac where police officers conducted a high risk stop in a small parking lot behind a business. The suspect drove over an embankment, through residential backyards , onto Peters Avenue at a high rate of speed before crashing into an occupied vehicle at the intersection of North Berger Parkway. The suspect was apprehended following a foot chase when an officer used a Taser. The driver of the civilian vehicle received minor injuries. The suspect, a 33 year old Milwaukee man, faces multiple charges.
