An audition will be held for the Missoula Childrens Theatre (MCT) original adaptation of HERCULES on Monday, January 20, 2025, at Thrasher Opera House in Green Lake, Wisconsin from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Those auditioning should start arriving at 3:30 p.m. and plan to stay for the full two hours. Some of the cast members will be asked to stay for a rehearsal immediately following the audition. Among the roles to be cast are the mighty Hercules, the philosophers Androcles, Socrates, Aristotle, Zeus, Hera, and Helen of Troy, the announcers Homer and Archimedes, Pegasus, Lion, the hilarious cyclops, the savvy Influencers, the competitive Olympians, and the mighty Titans. All students, ages kindergarten through 12 th grade, are encouraged to audition. No advance preparation is necessary. Assistant Directors will also be cast to aid in rehearsals throughout the week and to take on essential backstage responsibilities. The Missoula Childrens Theatre touring productions are complete with costumes, scenery, and props. MCT Tour Actor/Directors will conduct rehearsals throughout the week from 4:00 p.m. to 8:15 p.m. each day.
