1-15-25 overdose aid kits installed at fdl county agencies

Overdose aid kits have been installed at several Fond du Lac County agencies joining the fight against fentanyl.   ADVOCAP, Holy Family Warming Shelter,  the County Health Department and local parents are working with the non -profit Clinton Foundation to install the kits.  ADVOCAP executive director Tanya Marcoe says this is one way to help make a difference in the fight against fentanyl.  Marcoe says everyone deserves compassion and support, especially in times of crisis.  In addition to ADVOCAP, OAKS are now located at the Beacon House, Brothertown Nation, Critter Junction, Holy Family Warming Shelter, Hope Lutheran Church, Rainbow Bridge and Sippel Funeral Home.   The kits include Narcan nasal spray to reverse an opioid overdose.
