Fond du Lac, Wisc.: Moraine Park Technical College welcomes Bethany Rusch as the next Vice President of Finance and Administration. Effective December 19, Rusch assumed her role as part of the president’s cabinet–serving as one of four executive leaders under President Bonnie Baerwald. In this role, Rusch will provide strategic leadership and coordinate innovative solutions for all financial services, talent and facility functions in alignment with the College’s values and strategic direction. Rusch brings extensive experience in higher education and leadership, recently serving as the Associate Vice Chancellor of Finance and Administration at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. In joining Moraine Park, Rusch will assume the responsibilities of Carrie Kasubaski who resigned effective 1/3/2025. “I am thrilled to have Bethany join our executive leadership team,” Baerwald said. “Her extensive experience and proven track record of success will be invaluable as we continue to make significant strides in higher education–deepening our impact in our district communities.” Rusch graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh with a Master of Social Work degree and has a personal commitment to the life-changing power of access to affordable, local education
