1-23-25 congressman grothman announces committee assignments

(Washington, D.C.) – Congressman Glenn Grothman (WI-06) announced that in the 119th Congress, he will continue to serve on the House Committee on the Budget, the Committee on Education and Workforce, and the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform. Additionally, this Congress he will be on the House Committee on the Judiciary.    Grothman was also named Chairman of the Subcommittee on Healthcare and Financial Services. As Chairman, he will have oversight jurisdiction over federal health care policy, food and drug safety, federal entitlement programs, monetary policy, banking, infrastructure, and tax policy.  In addition to his committee assignments, Grothman was one of just 23 Members to be appointed as a regional representative to the Republican Policy Committee. He will also serve as on the House Majority Whip team, as a member of the DOGE Caucus, and as a member of the Steering Committee for the Republican Study Committee, whose full roster contains upwards of 170 members.
