The former husband of the owner of a Fond du Lac restaurant damaged by an arson fire has been convicted of Criminal Trespass to a Dwelling.  Troy Allen was accused by his former wife Arletta Allen of breaking into the Family Affair Soulfood Kitchen restaurant on South Main Street causing damage.   This week Troy Allen pleaded guilty to Criminal Trespass and was sentenced to time served.  Arletta Allen was recently charged with Arson and Insurance fraud, accused of […]
