* WHERE…Portions of east central, south central, and southeast Wisconsin.
* WHEN...For the first Cold Weather Advisory, until 11 AM CST this morning. For the second Cold Weather Advisory, from 9 PM this evening to noon CST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS…Dangerously cold wind chills 25 below zero and lower could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
