* WHAT…For the first Cold Weather Advisory this morning, very cold wind chills as low as 25 below expected. For the second Cold Weather Advisory tonight into Tuesday morning, very cold wind chills as low as 29 below expected.

* WHERE…Portions of east central, south central, and southeast Wisconsin.

* WHEN...For the first Cold Weather Advisory, until 11 AM CST this morning. For the second Cold Weather Advisory, from 9 PM this evening to noon CST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS…Dangerously cold wind chills 25 below zero and lower could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

* PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS… Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves.
