Two 9th grade students at Campbellsport High School accused of planning a school shooting have been released from secure detention following a hearing in juvenile court Wednesday afternoon. The students were arrested last week after law enforcement learned they had allegedly made comments to other students and staffs about their plans for a school shooting. The students were allowed to return to their homes with certain conditions including GPS monitoring. The Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office continues to have a stepped up presence at the school.
