2-21-25 diamond rio at dodge county fair

Incredible, free evening entertainment will take place each night of the 2025 Dodge County Fair, scheduled for August 13-17. Three concerts will take place on the Moraine Park Technical College Main Stage on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings. Attendees only need to pay for their admission to the fair.   The timeless country music group, Diamond Rio, has confirmed their August 14th performance in Beaver Dam. Thursday night’s concert at 8pm will feature hits from the 1990s and beyond — that just don’t age. The group is the first to announce their appearance of the three-night lineup. Visit the Dodge County Fairgrounds Facebook page, as additional performances are announced.   With a vibrant discography that spans more than thirty years, Diamond Rio has attracted fans for several decades with singles like “How Your Love Makes Me Feel”, “Beautiful Mess”, “Unbelievable” and “I Believe”. Their debut single, “Meet in the Middle”, became the first debut hit from a country music group to reach Number One on the charts. Later, Diamond Rio, released six more Number One singles, twenty Top Ten singles and fifteen Top Five singles. The set list will be filled with plenty of hits for fans to sing along to.   From their highly-recognized tracks it is easy to see how the group collected six Vocal Group of the Year Awards (from both the Academy of Country Music and Country Music Association), a Grammy in 2011 for their album, “The Reason” (Best Sothern, Country or Bluegrass Gospel Album) and fourteen nods from the Grammys, with a variety of nominations over the years.   At the Dodge Cunty Fair, the band will be showcasing their familiar hits but also debuting new sounds — and new members. Carson McKee (fiddle/harmony vocals) and Micah Schweinsberg (drums) will be joining the band in its new formation. New releases like “The Kick” will showcase the amazing strengths and sounds of the familiar and new talent blended together on stage.   Daily gate admission is $10 before 12:00 pm; or $15 after 12:00 pm.  Children (9 years and under) are FREE.  Season tickets are only $35 in advance or will be $40 at the gate. Advance tickets will be available in early July.
