One man is in custody and nobody was injured following a high speed chase in Fond du Lac County. Shortly after 8:30 pm Friday the Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office learned a vehicle had traveled to Milwaukee to pick up drugs and was heading back toward Fond du Lac. A sheriff’s deputy spotted the vehicle on Interstate 41 near Church Road and followed the vehicle into the city of Fond du Lac. A chase continued in the city where the vehicle ran over tire deflation devices, back onto 41 northbound until the vehicle exited on Highway 26 in Winnebago County. The chase ended on Old Knapp Road when a sheriff’s squad rammed the suspect vehicle. The driver, a 43 year old Wild Rose man was arrested.
