Give the Gift of Life! The American Red Cross will be having a blood drive on Tuesday, March 18th at the Holyland Civic Center (St. Cloud Athletic Club), 911 Main Street, Saint Cloud, from 11:45 am until 6:00 pm. With only 3% of people donating blood, there is an ongoing urgent need for blood donors! Blood is needed every day. When you give, others live. PLEASE call 1-800-Red Cross (1-800-733-2767) to schedule an appointment, or schedule online (RedCrossBlood.org). All blood types are welcome. Walkins can be taken between scheduled appointments as available. Any questions about your eligibility to donate should also be directed to the Red Cross. On the day of the drive, save time by using the Rapid Pass app at home to review pre-donation information and complete your questionnaire Remember to bring the QR code with you to the drive. It really speeds up the process! As a thank you, people who donate in March will receive a $10 Amazon gift card from the American Red Cross by email. In addition, successful blood donations will have free A1C testing commonly used to screen for prediabetes and diabetes. For details, visit RedCrossBlood.org/March.
