The Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office says high speed chases are happening too frequently, and thankfully nobody was injured during the latest chase. Authorities are looking for the suspect involved in two chases Thursday morning that were eventually terminated due to heavy traffic. Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s captain Chris Randall says deputies were able to learn the identity of the driver and hope to make an arrest soon. Randall says these chases put everyone on the road in danger. “I don’t wish this on anybody,” Randall told WFDL news. “When someone is coming at you at 140mph, I think most people are going to realize, oh crap, I’m going to try and get out of the way. The very slightest issue, overcorrection, things can end way differently.”
