Wanda Tjepkema, an SSM Health Waupun Memorial Hospital Medical/Surgical CNA, has been named the newest recipient of the BEE (Be Exceptional Everyday) Award.
Tjepkema was nominated by a patient who wrote: “She gave me a sponge bath, washed my hair, and back rub. She is just an all-around wonderful person.”
The BEE Award is specifically designed to recognize non-nursing staff members who demonstrate great teamwork and communication skills, collaboration, professionalism, exemplary service, and a commitment to excellence.
